Here are the questions most often asked:

Who decides what stays and goes?
You do! We make recommendations based on your wish list of items and create a floor plan.

What do we do with what we do not take?
We will help you downsize and then you can determine what goes to family, estate or donation. Then we will help you with all of those choices.

If Austin Home Transitions packs, how do I know where everything goes?
We use a color coded system for each box and work with you to determine the best place.

Who sets the price if I want to sell something?
You do. If you don’t know an item’s value, we can call in a professional appraiser.

Can you help us clean out our parent’s home after they have passed away and get it ready for sale?
Of course. We are happy to assist at this difficult time. See our success stories page to see before and after photos.

Can you provide references?
Absolutely! Check out our success stories page. If you would like to speak to a past client, let us know and we will make the referral.

Can you provide home organization if I am not moving?
We would love to help! We can do any size project, from garages, to closets, home office to refrigerator.

Can you install closets?
Yes. We can customize your space to make it perfect for you. We use ELFA closet system and love installing in any space.
